What is PBEO?
Professional Baseball Employment Opportunities™ (PBEO®) is the official employment service of Minor League Baseball™.
The PBEO program was established in 1994 to continue Minor League Baseball's efforts of providing a year-round placement service to its member clubs and to Major League Baseball.
Are you looking for employment in affiliated baseball? PBEO provides job seekers with access to our member clubs' job postings. An annual membership to the PBEO program costs $50, and includes monthly newsletters, auto-notification of new job openings fitting your criteria, articles, career tips and information on upcoming job fairs and events. Members also have 24-hour access to the PBEO job databank, where they can search through every current job openings posted by our member clubs. Most personnel changes occur between September and February.
When a member club needs to fill a position, it can access PBEO.com to search through the databank for qualified registrants and view each member's résumé. Registered PBEO applicants are placed in the databank according to their areas of interest, geographical preference and availability.
